JUDGMENT

The demurrer of the defendant, Robert S. Baker, to the second amended complaint of the above plaintiff’s having been sustained, and more than twenty days having elapsed since the service by said defendant’s attorneys of a notice of the sustaining of said demurrer on C. R. Greathouse Esq., the attorney for said plaintiff, and said plaintiff having failed to amend further their said complaint, on motion of E. P. Cole, attorney for said defendant, it is ordered and adjudged that the complaint herein be and the same is hereby dismissed and the defendant have judgment herein with costs, and that the restraining order, granted by me in the cause against the said defendants and the Sheriff of Santa Barbara County, be vacated and dissolved.
