Complaint
John Finn, Plaintiff vs. Rose Finn, Defendant
The plaintiff complains and alleges:
I
That plaintiff and defendant intermarried at Ashuelot, in the State of New Hampshire, on or about the 19th day of October, 1873, and ever since have been and now are husband and wife.
II
That the plaintiff is and has been a resident of the State of California for a period of more than six months immediately preceding the commencement of this action.
III
That on or about the year of 1884 the said defendant disregarding the solemnity of this marriage vow willfully and without cause deserted and abandoned the plaintiff and ever since has, and still continues to, willfully and without cause desert and abandon said plaintiff and to live separate and apart from him without any sufficient cause or reason and against his will and without his consent.
Wherefore plaintiff demands judgment, that the bonds of matrimony between himself and defendant be dissolved.
